Zach Schoop, Commercial Account Manager, will offer practical, real-world guidance to maximizing the lifespan of a building's components. In this presentation, attendees will strengthen their knowledge on evaluating the expected life cycles of their building's systems and components. While gaining an understanding of how to conduct effective bi-annual inspections, attendees will also learn how to apply preventative maintenance practices to extend asset longevity, and implementation of storm-monitoring and preparedness strategies. Attendees can expect to strengthen their overall planning to improve property performance and enhance client value.

Zach's focus is on high-quality installation, repairs, and maintenance on low slope commercial and multifamily properties. He's responsible for inspecting, scoping and estimating low slope and metal roof systems for restoration, service and ongoing maintenance programs. Having strong analytical and critical thinking skills, and his ability to effectively organize detailed inspection reports, he helps clients make informed decisions based on data and industry trends.
