Jamie leads both residential and commercial operations at Roers Companies. Her portfolio consists of over 4,500 apartment units and 150,000 sq. ft. of retail and commercial space in seven states, with an additional 3,000 units under development in 7 new states. Jamie’s multifamily experience involves market-rate, tax credit, student and 55+ housing with both third-party and owner-operated real estate firms. Her market experience covers the Midwest, Southern, and Western U.S. markets. Her knowledge ranges from strategic planning, business development, property sales/acquisitions, employee development, policy and procedure creation and facilitation of company initiatives. She brings 20 years of management experience to the industry.
