Todd Adams of Commonwealth Commercial Partners Earns CPM

Since joining Commonwealth Commercial Partners as its Managing Director in 2019, Todd has been responsible for overseeing the $20 million repositioning of Two22 (formerly known as the Campbell Mithun Tower), a 700,000 sf, Class A office tower in downtown Minneapolis. With the reposition now complete his focus in now on growing the company’s local platform by pursuing building acquisitions and third-party property management assignments. Prior to his role with Commonwealth Commercial Partners, Todd enjoyed a long tenure with Hines.
Todd received his Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate with a concentration in Finance from St. Cloud State University and holds a Real Estate Broker’s license from the State of Minnesota.
