Tim Ricker Earns CPM

IREM Minnesota congratulates Tim Ricker for achieving his CPM certification.
Tim has 20 years of experience working in commercial real estate. Most recently he managed Prominence Tower, a Class A high-rise office building in the Buckhead commercial district of Atlanta, Georgia while working for the CP Group. Prior to that Tim managed and leased a 680,000 SF portfolio of medical office properties for Lillibridge Healthcare Services, Inc. (a Ventas company), also in the Atlanta market.
In addition, Tim has extensive experience managing regional shopping centers across multiple states for CBL & Associates Properties, Inc. and Macerich. Tim considers his position as General Manager in the ground-up development of Imperial Valley Mall in El Centro, California a major career highlight for him.
Having started his career in the Twin Cities as the Assistant General Manager at Burnsville Center, he is excited to return to the area where his real estate career and CPM educational journey began. IREM’s education and networking events have played an important role in his career development, and he looks forward to that continuing.
