IREM Minnesota congratulates Emily Jacobs-Allen on earning her CPM!
As Property Manager with Zeller, Emily works with a team of 10 dedicated on-site staff overseeing a 1,00,000+ square feet, TOBY award winning, Class A downtown office tower. She helps oversee day-to-day operations of Fifth Street Towers, works closely with tenants and vendors and supports the general manager in maintaining the financial stability of the asset.
Emily received her bachelor’s degree in English from North Dakota State University and has 10 years of experience in commercial real estate. In addition to her CPM, Emily also hold the RPA designation and serves on the IREM Executive Council. She’s served on IREM committees for the last five years, previously co-chaired the Education Committee and currently co-chairs the Membership Committee.
