Amy Bilodeau of Greystar Earns ARM

Amy Bilodeau has been in the property management industry with Greystar for the past five years. She began as the Community Manager at Northern Michigan University with an on-campus partnership in the student portfolio, working alongside the university throughout multiple phases of construction. Amy was also part of the owned-student portfolio last year as an RPM. Most recently, she worked as the Senior Community Manager with Greystar conventional in the Minneapolis portfolio. Amy has now joined the Greystar third party student living team as part of the new Cactus acquisition of 3800 beds. She has a background in housing and residence life, as well as education and nonprofit management. Amy holds a bachelor’s degree in English and a Master’s degree in Education.
