IREM Minnesota congratulates Mitch Kall on earning his CPM!
As a Property Manage for The Excelsior Group (TEG), Mitch oversees three Class A multi-tenant office buildings in Minneapolis, Eden Prairie and Minnetonka. He helps support the day-to-day operations, supports project management efforts, and manage office personal for each asset. He additionally helps with lease negotiations and the overall financial stability of the assets he manages. Mitch received his bachelor’s degree in Project Management from Metropolitan State University. Mitch has 10 years’ experience in property management where he has managed multi-family, industrial, retail, and office buildings.
