As Senior Real Estate Manager for Colliers International | Minneapolis-St. Paul, David is a specialist in the retail real estate sector. He leads and oversees the Retail Real Estate Management team while personally managing a portfolio of over 1.2 million square feet of retail assets throughout the greater Minneapolis-St. Paul area. David is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations, preparing and managing property budgets, monitoring and maximizing asset profitability, controlling building expenses, and financial reporting.
David also works to integrate the Retail management team with Colliers Retail Investment Sales, Leasing, and Marketing professionals, to provide strategic and innovative solutions to achieve client goals. Additionally, David heads the Real Estate Management Preferred Vendor Committee, developing increased efficiencies across the entire company and its clients by utilizing the economies of scale associated with managing a large portfolio.
