Patrick Lytle Earns ACoM Certification

Congratulations to Pat Lytle for earning his ACoM!
Pat was first introduced to IREM as a student member while attending the University of Wisconsin - Stout in Menomonie, WI where he received a Bachelors of Science in Real Estate & Property Management. Since graduating, Pat's worked at Piedmont Office Realty Trust as an Assistant Property Manager. In this role Pat works on a suburban portfolio and manages approximately 925,000 square feet of Class A commercial office space.
Pat volunteers on IREM's Legislative Committee. He is looking forward to continuing to develop as a property manager and hopes to submit his CPM Management Plan in January of 2021.
