Congratulations to Brandon Otting for earning his CPM certification!
Brandon serves as a Vice President - General Manager for the JLL industrial portfolio in the Minneapolis market. He is responsible for maintaining owner and tenant relationships, preparing and managing property financials and annual budgets, as well as overseeing day-to-day property operations. Brandon is the oversight of roughly 4.6 million square feet of industrial and office properties. Brandon is a committed team player with extensive experience with construction management including Tenant and Building Improvements and vast knowledge of the real estate industry. His current project experience ranges from small renewal projects with a value of $10,000 to larger buildouts exceeding $1,250,000.
Brandon has over 10 years of experience working in property management. He joined JLL in November of 2012 as a Property Administrator. Since then Brandon obtained his Minnesota Real Estate Salesperson License, was given JLL’s Special Achievement Award for outstanding regional support in 2014, 2016 and 2018, and was awarded Industrial Manager of the Year – Midwest Region for 2019. Most recently, Brandon was included in the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) 30 under 30 for 2020. Prior to JLL, Brandon worked in residential property management for four years.
Brandon also serves on the IREM Minnesota Executive Council.
