Congratulations to Corrin Secrist, CPM for completing the requirements for IREM's Certified Property Manager® designation!

Corrin is responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of a fee managed portfolio of properties, which includes over 800 Class A apartments and 38,000 sf of retail space. Additionally, she is responsible for the development and growth of fee managed business for her organization. Corrin is committed to building and maintaining relationships with property owners and investors, and coordinates the financial reporting and budgeting process while assisting in building a foundation of process and procedure for the new fee managed division. Corrin has a strong background as an operator of Class A residential new development and lease-up properties, and has a passion for urban markets and mixed-use assets. She has worked with several institutional ownership groups, and has successfully opened and leased up seven notable multi-family assets. Corrin looks forward to continuing to learn about, and contribute to the housing and retail landscape in the great Minneapolis-St. Paul market.
